The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Life is meant to be experienced with the same playful joy that children experience as they first discover a new color. Encountering external conflict, defeat, limitations, traumas, or tragedies dim our love of life. Personal tragedy can propel us to grow, or paralyze us and make our shadows even more frightening.

Through psychotherapy, we can work through the trials to reclaim vibrancy in our lives. We must first objectively see what hides in the shadows, develop a plan for attack, and then proceed to fight alongside our allies. While you walk through the process you may be surprised to discover and embrace your authentic self. My passion is helping people to discover or win back their joyous experience of life.
